What you'll get:

What will we cover:
Session 1: Getting to know my clinical self
Acknowledging your skills, vulnerabilities and gaps.
Session 2: Getting to know the patient
Exploring formulation and psychologically-informed sense-making in MSK
Session 3: BPS masqueraders and developing a protocol
Screening for suicidal and psychopathology risk
Session 4: Understanding Intersectionality and Equity in the clinic
What is intersectionality and how do we integrate this into formulation?
Session 5: Supporting the person with pain to author their therapeutic story
Exploring the person's story, collaborating on values-based action goals and supporting commitment/re-commitment
Session 6: the problem with endings
Endings are hard to navigate in the clinic, develop your approach to ending the therapeutic relationship in a way that works for your setting, ethics and values.

Coaching pods are for all rehab and therapy professionals working from a biopsychosocial perspective.

As clinicians within your own rights, you retain responsibility for your clinical practice and decision making.
The clinical responsibility for the health of the service-user/client/patient lies fully within the scope and responsibility of you the clinicians.
The Coach's role is as clinical advisor alone.
